SharpDesk, a Sharp exclusive, also provides advanced printing management allowing documents prepared in various programs, such as Word, Excel, Lotus, or JPEG images to me merged and printed as one complete document. Various scanned images can easily be dragged and dropped to merge into a single file for easy printing directly from your workstation.

The Copier as a Network Scanner:

Scanning to a workstation, the network file server, or e-mail can also be done from Sharp connected digital copiers from 16 copies per minute and up. SharpDesk software, provided with each connected Sharp digital copier provides easy management of scanned images.

A versatile tool, SharpDesk also provides an easy solution to convert scanned images to Microsot Word via OCR (optical character recognition), or simply to a workstation file in a graphics format. Any images, a Word file or graphic image, can also be easily sent to an e-mail address directly copier from the copier or the workstation.
